Co-Founder,
Arch Foot & Ankle
Karim Lakhani is the Co-Founder of Arch Foot & Ankle, where he runs day-to-day operations and drives acquisitions to grow the platform. He is actively involved in building partnerships, expanding physician practices, and ensuring the business is structured to deliver both long-term growth and exceptional patient care.
Karim earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and went on to complete his Juris Doctor at Duke Law School. He began his career practicing law at two global firms, Norton Rose Fulbright and Greenberg Traurig, where he advised global private equity firms and corporate clients on complex transactions and strategic matters.
He later transitioned into management consulting at McKinsey & Company, where he worked across the healthcare value chain, advising providers, payors, governmental entities, and other stakeholders on strategy, operations, and organizational transformation. It was through this work that Karim developed a passion for healthcare, recognizing the opportunity to combine his legal and business expertise with a mission to improve patient outcomes and support physician-led care.
Motivated by this vision, Karim co-founded Arch Foot & Ankle to create a physician-owned platform where doctors can thrive and patients receive the highest quality of podiatric care. His goal is to scale a network that empowers physicians and delivers lasting value for the communities served.
